Our shipping methods within the UK on all orders £60 and under are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For Service and costs £3.75 Orders that exceed £60 are sent with free shipping to UK only. We aim to get your order dispatched as soon as possible however, at times it may be 3-5 working days to be dispatched.
EUROPE & WORLDWIDE
Many countries have implemented special measure to combat the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19, especially for signature service to maintain social distancing. Most major export routes remain open, and we continue to accept and process mail, although customers may experience varying levels of delay.
There are significant delays to a number of countries right now due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations. Evil Eye London are not responsible for delays at customs once it’s entered the destination Country.
Our shipping costs within the EU are £10.50 for all orders. Delivery is approximately 10 working days, once dispatched, shipments need to be signed for upon receipt. Worldwide shipping is quoted upon request and generally costs £12.50 - £15 for shipping.
Customers outside the United Kingdom are liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product/import restrictions and other local requirements. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. Some countries (eg United States and EU countries) do not charge import duty for gemstones from the UK; however, if you are unaware of the situation for your own country it is always advisable to make checks of your own.
Should a customer refuse delivery of their order they are responsible for return freight charges and any import duty incurred upon its return.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope that you are happy with your Evil Eye London purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange providing the goods are sent back to us unworn and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. All items are hand wrapped and checked before shipping. In the unlikely event you believe that an item is damaged or faulty upon receipt please let us know immediately by emailing kelly on email@example.com to arrange an exchange.
Customers are resposible for return postal costs. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE PURCHASES.
Items cannot be replaced before they are classified as lost items by the Royal Mail services. That is 20 working days for UK and 30 working days for international deliveries after the dispatch date. We are not responsible should any damages occur caused by Royal Mail during transit. You need to raise a complaint directly with Royal Mail.
